Successful completion of the Design Thinking challenge

Last week, a total of 14 participants in four teams successfully completed the Design Thinking challenge in cooperation with Stadtwerke Menden and the CET.

The additional qualification was offered by our junior professorship as part of the module "Digital Leadership and Innovation". With the theme "from performance to relationship orientation", the teams worked on real problems at Stadtwerke Menden in the course of the company's digital transformation. With the help of the design thinking approach, innovative problem solutions were developed, which were presented directly to employees of the municipal utility and subsequently assessed. The best ideas will now be tested by the company for their feasibility.

We congratulate all participants on their additional qualifications and, of course, the winning team!
