The Junior Professorship is seeking a student / research assistant in the area of science communication or practice transfer.

You will be employed as part of the BMBF-funded project "Optimization of informational sustainability for citizens (Opt-IN)". Your primary task will be to support research and science communication or practice transfer. Our call for applications is therefore particularly aimed at students with initial experience and interest in scientific work as well as the creation of media content for public communication (professional media, social media, etc.). The requirement profile includes:

  • Interest in research on digital platforms (with a focus on smart home and smart city).
  • Experience with empirical social research (e.g., survey studies, A/B testing).
  • Knowledge of image editing is an advantage (Adobe Photoshop)
  • A structured and independent way of working
  • A high degree of motivation and personal responsibility
  • Very good language skills in German and English
